Blaque Magazine

Blaque Magazine were one of those clients that we approached instead of them coming to us. When we were first starting out, our founder went to an event where the marketing director at Blaque magazine was giving a speech. Felix (our founder) tried to Google Blaque Magazine, but could not find anything about them. After the speech, Felix approached Monwabisi Thethe as to why they didn’t have a website. Monwabisi explained that they did in fact have a website, but didn’t know why it was not showing up in search engines and that it was an issue they wanted to fix.

Felix offered to let Succinct Design take a look. We found that the issue was being caused by a critical mistake made by Blaques previous developer and we quickly rectified the mistake.

We examined the rest of the site and proposed a complete overhaul, as we saw huge potential in the Blaque brand going digital. We subsequently did a full on re-design, which incorporated the key features that Blaque Magazine Online required. These being, the ability to advertise, a strong emphasis on mobile, while still keeping the elegance and class that is associated with the Blaque brand.

We have since been in partnership with Blaque, offering a multitude of services such as graphic design, email marketing campaigns, monthly performance reviews and reports to name a few.

We are hoping to take over even more responsibility with our sister company Vyral, which will fully undertake curating and growing the digital presence of the company.
